Cuvée Boz Mount Harry Blanc de Blancs 2020 is a refined English sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay, sourced entirely from the Mount Harry Vineyard on the East Sussex Downs. Produced only in the best vintages, it is fermented in stainless steel without malolactic fermentation to preserve its purity, freshness and chalk-driven character. Bottled in July 2021 and aged for 36 months on lees before first disgorgement in July 2024, it shows expressive spiced citrus, floral notes, stony minerality and tangy acidity. Finished with a 5g/L dosage and 12% ABV, this elegant Blanc de Blancs offers immediate appeal with excellent ageing potential.
