Fresh and chilled products are packed in thermal bags with an ice pack to help maintain a cool environment for as long as possible during transit.

DHL will, in most cases, deliver within 24 hours. However, parcels are transported by courier rather than refrigerated transport, so we cannot guarantee that products will remain at a constant chilled temperature throughout their journey.

For customers wanting the quickest possible delivery, we recommend choosing Swiss Express or Swiss Express with a thermal box at checkout.
