Frozen Bakery

Frozen products leave us frozen and are packed carefully to help keep them as cold as possible during transit. As parcels are sent by courier rather than temperature-controlled frozen transport, products may arrive partially or fully thawed, particularly during warmer weather.

Fresh and frozen goods are sent using a 24-hour delivery service wherever possible, with faster Swiss Express options available at checkout.

Please unpack your order promptly on arrival and store products appropriately. If a frozen product arrives thawed or partially thawed, the decision to refrigerate, cook, consume or refreeze it remains at the customer’s discretion.
