About Jim’s British Market
British favourites, Swiss mountains, and a rather long shopping list.
Jim’s British Market has been part of the British food story in Switzerland and neighbouring France for many years.
The original Jim’s opened in St-Genis in 1996, serving the Geneva and international community with the British groceries, treats and everyday essentials many customers missed from home.
In 2012, Jim’s British Market opened in Gland, bringing that same familiar range to customers across Switzerland - from tea, biscuits and sauces to chilled favourites, seasonal goods and proper British comfort food.
Today, Jim’s continues to offer a wide range of British favourites, alongside selected Irish, American, South African and Australian products. Whether you are stocking the cupboard, planning a Sunday roast, looking for a taste of home, or simply missing something very specific, we are here to help.
In July 2026, Jim’s entered a new chapter under The British Fine Food Company Sàrl, from the team behind British Cheese Deli.
The aim is simple: to protect what customers already know and love about Jim’s, while modernising the webshop, continuously improving the shopping experience, and expanding the range carefully.
Same familiar Jim’s. Fresh energy behind the scenes.
Thank you for shopping with us.
