Has Coronavirus affected Jim’s British Market’s operations?

We are operating as normal although we have slightly adjusted our opening hours (check our ‘contact’ page for more information) and we do our best to disinfect all surfaces of the shop on a regular basis. We sell disposable masks (10 for CHF9.50). Disposable gloves and disinfectant gel are available at the entrance. We are receiving weekly deliveries without any issues and the shop is fully stocked of most products. And don’t forget, if we don’t have it, just ask and we will do our best to bring it in!

What are your opening hours?

We always try to adapt our opening hours to balance shop opening hours and ensuring that our online deliveries are taken care of in a timely manner. Please check our contact section for our latest times

Are my credit card details safe when using this website?

We use Saferpay for all our online transactions and these are 100% secure encrypted. Furthermore, does not store any credit cards details.

Do I have to register before ordering from

No, registration is optional, although it is free and there are benefits in doing so, just go ahead and create a profile and check it out!

Can I place my order by phone?

Now that we have our online webshop in place we encourage our customers to use this platform, however if you prefer to call us please feel free to do so on +41 22 364 18 57 and we will take your order and arrange delivery. Payment must be made in advance.

Can I add to an existing order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, you cannot as the system does not allow it. You may create a new order and place a note to ship it together with the previous order and we will do our best to ship these together. You can also call the shop to make sure this happens
